We will be with you every step of the way to ensure your pyrolysis project delivers for your organisation.
We understand that, for many of our customers, this will be the first time you will be implementing pyrolysis technology for your organisation. This is why our involvement doesn't stop when we have delivered the physical machine and equipment.
Having designed the plant around your specified feedstock and individual site, we will install and commission CarboFlow to be working to specification. Additionally, we offer an ongoing service agreement whereby all maintenance, spares and operator support is covered by Onnu.
And we'll also guarantee the performance of your plant, so that if it falls short of projections at first, we will make the necessary fixes to bring it up to the levels required.
